Great inspiring post. Everytime I buy organic sourdough with seeds, I feel so nourished and full but with other breads it just makes me keep going back for more. I think the body is wondering where all the good parts went and feels like if it keeps eating it will get it. The organic sourdough costs heaps more but I don't go through it as fast because it's satisfying. I hope one day regular bread has a warning label on it and governments actually educate us on the truth of what is good for us. That would be nice. You always give me hope Dr Judy! The world really needed you in this pandemic.

I would have fallen for the BS ( probably) if I hadn't looked you up in March 2020 to see what you thought about what was going on. I stopped worrying about Covid because of you. Stopped wearing a mask. If I had the nice personality you have I might have convinced more people to not get the full shot. I convinced my brother at least. And possibly my best friend but he claims he saw through the stupidity by himself 😂 Even though I spammed Facebook with info everyday. I believe I helped. I guess we need to buy wheat berries and store them somehow. Thanks for reminder
